MESH is looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to support our growing operations.

This is a hands-on role covering warehouse operations, inventory, local deliveries, customer service, and basic administration. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, responsible, comfortable working independently, and willing to take on different responsibilities throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations and keep the warehouse organized and clean
- Receive, organize, and prepare tile, porcelain slabs, tools, and other materials
- Operate a forklift to load and unload materials
- Manage inventory and keep records up to date
- Prepare and deliver materials to local GTA job sites
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups with customers and contractors
- Assist customers visiting the warehouse to view samples
- Provide basic customer service and product information
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and other basic administrative tasks
- Communicate with suppliers and help coordinate incoming shipments
- Support the team with general day-to-day operations as needed

Qualifications





- Warehouse or construction-related experience is an asset
- Forklift experience/certification is an asset
- Valid driver's licence and comfortable driving locally
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to safely handle tile, slabs, and other building materials
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
