We operate three retail locations in downtown Toronto:

- Giftworks – St. Lawrence Market
- Royal Canadian Gifts – Chinatown
- U Canada Gifts – Kensington Market

We are looking for experienced, reliable, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our team.

Compensation & Benefits

- Hourly Wage: CAD 18–20, depending on experience and responsibilities
- Monthly Store Performance Bonus: Eligible employees can earn additional bonuses based on their store's performance.
- Monthly Individual Performance Bonus: Additional bonuses recognizing individual contributions and performance.

Monthly bonuses are subject to the company's performance targets and bonus program eligibility requirements.

Key Responsibilities





- Provide excellent customer service to local and international visitors
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays
- Receive merchandise, restock shelves, and assist with inventory management
- Help prevent merchandise loss and maintain store security
- Support daily store operations and supervise shifts when assigned

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience required
- Supervisory experience is an asset
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
- Available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
