Job Summary

Operate a Bobcat and other heavy equipment to support construction and site work. Perform assigned tasks safely and efficiently, adapting equipment use to changing ground conditions and project needs.

Responsibilities

- Operate a Bobcat, loader, backhoe, excavator, dozer, grader, and Caterpillar equipment as needed for site preparation, material movement, grading, and paving.
- Support horizontal drilling and related construction activities, coordinating equipment movements with the crew.
- Inspect equipment before use, monitor performance, and report mechanical concerns promptly.
- Keep work areas orderly and communicate progress or changing conditions to teammates.

Qualifications

Required: Practical heavy equipment operation skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to follow site instructions and coordinate equipment work safely. Preferred: Construction experience and familiarity with loader, backhoe, excavator, dozer, grader, Caterpillar equipment, horizontal drilling, paving, or commercial driving are valuable strengths for supporting diverse projects.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
