Job Summary

- Independent salon professional opportunity with a room or styling chair available for rent in a welcoming hair salon.
- Build and manage your own clientele while working in a shared salon environment.
- Renters are responsible for providing professional hair services, maintaining their workspace, and delivering a positive client experience.
- Rental terms, availability, and salon amenities can be discussed with prospective renters.

Responsibilities

- Provide hair styling and related services to your own clients.
- Welcome clients, manage appointments, and communicate clearly about services and scheduling.
- Deliver attentive customer service and maintain a professional, client-focused experience.
- Keep your room or chair and shared areas clean, organized, and sanitary in accordance with applicable health and safety requirements.




- Recommend appropriate products and services; support retail sales and upselling when relevant to clients’ needs.
- Coordinate courteously with salon staff and follow shared-space policies.
- Handle front desk tasks as needed, such as greeting clients or assisting with appointment flow.

Skills

- Hair styling experience and a commitment to skilled service.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safe handling of salon tools and products.
- Comfort with retail sales and thoughtful upselling.
- Front desk or appointment-management experience is helpful.
- Reliability, organization, and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a shared salon environment.

Pay: $700.00-$800.00 per month
