Responsibilities

- Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops to ensure optimal growth and yield
- Operate farm machinery such as tractors, tillers, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and irrigation systems to keep operations running smoothly
- Use hand tools and power tools for tasks like pruning, repairing fences, or installing new infrastructure
- Conduct regular inspections of fields, equipment, and irrigation systems to identify issues early
- Assist with soil preparation, pest control, and crop rotation activities to promote healthy plant growth
- Lift heavy loads of supplies or harvested produce safely while adhering to safety guidelines

- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining farm machinery and equipment
- Experience with irrigation systems to manage water distribution effectively

Pay: $17.95 per hour
