KMT Medical & Allied Health Group is looking to connect with a registered massage therapist interested in growing their practice within an established multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in Oakville.

Our team includes psychotherapists, a naturopathic doctor, nurse practitioners, and wellness practitioners. We value compassionate, client-centred care and collaboration that supports clients’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

This opportunity is suited to an independent RMT who would like to establish or expand their practice in a skilled, welcoming environment while building connections with other healthcare providers.

Your role

- Provide individualized massage therapy assessments and treatments within your scope of practice.
- Develop treatment plans based on clients’ needs, goals, and preferences.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records.
- Obtain informed consent and uphold professional standards.
- Educate clients on appropriate self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with other practitioners when appropriate and with client consent.
- Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming clinic environment.

What we are looking for

- Experience using a range of massage therapy techniques, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point techniques, and myofascial release.
- Ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs, preferences, and clinical findings.
- Experience in prenatal and postnatal massage, or additional training in manual lymphatic drainage, would be an asset.
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Appropriate professional liability insurance.
- A commitment to ethical, client-centred, and evidence-informed care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage an independent practice while contributing to a collaborative healthcare setting.
- Interest in establishing or growing a consistent practice at our Oakville location.
