Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales professional to build relationships with business customers, identify opportunities, and support revenue growth. This role combines consultative selling, account management, and business development. You’ll work with customers to understand their needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a positive experience.

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective and existing B2B customers through inbound and outbound outreach.
- Identify customer needs, present relevant products or services, and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
- Manage assigned accounts, support renewals and expansion opportunities, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use negotiation skills to address customer questions, resolve concerns, and move opportunities forward.
- Collaborate with outside sales, marketing, and business development teams on lead generation and account strategies.




- Review sales activity and customer information to identify trends, prioritize follow-up, and improve results.
- Communicate product information clearly, including technical details when supporting technology or technical sales.
- Provide dependable customer service throughout the sales cycle and after the sale.

Experience

- Some experience in sales, inside sales, B2B sales, account management, or business development is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is beneficial.
- Technology sales or technical sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organization, customer service, and analysis skills are important.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and negotiate professionally.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
