The North Face Banff is Hiring an Evening Supervisor! We’re looking for a reliable, team-focused leader to anchor our evening shifts, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience and a solid background in retail (outdoor industry experience is a solid asset)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- A mature, long-term team member with excellent customer-service abilities
- Availability for weekend shifts
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders, and multi-task in a fast-paced setting

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
