Support athletic events at Whistler Blackcomb as an Event Host, using event operations skills and careful attention to safety. This winter seasonal position is in Whistler, BC.

As an Event Host with Race Services, you will support daily on-mountain event operations. The work covers venue construction, event execution, equipment handling, and cleanup. You will also guide volunteer crews, maintain safe event areas, and represent Whistler Blackcomb.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, execute, strike, and clean up athletic events
- Construct venues with fencing, tents, banners, and cabling
- Guide volunteer crews during setup and event operations
- Transport, store, and maintain event equipment safely
- Report equipment damage and required repairs promptly

Requirements:

- Resume and BC driver's license required
- Previous sporting, race, or competition experience required
- Ability to work outdoors eight or more hours daily
- Ability to lift 50 pounds while skiing difficult terrain
- Power tool skills and explicit criminal record check required
