Personal Injury Law Clerk / Licensed Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Farsi-speaking Personal Injury Law Clerk or Licensed Paralegal to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience managing Accident Benefits and tort files, a strong understanding of personal injury litigation, and the ability to manage files efficiently while providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Accident Benefits and tort files from intake through resolution.
- Monitor limitation periods, litigation deadlines, procedural timelines and upcoming proceedings.
- Review medical records, insurer correspondence and other file materials.
- Prepare medical summaries, settlement proposals, LAT applications, case conference materials, and other documents as required.
- Communicate professionally with clients, insurers, opposing counsel, medical providers and other third parties.
- Assist with the preparation of files for hearings, EDs, mediations and trials.
- Conduct regular file reviews and ensure clients’ medical records are up to date.
- Work collaboratively with lawyers and other team members to advance files efficiently.





Requirements

- Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience as a law clerk or licensed paralegal in personal injury.
- Strong working knowledge of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS).
- Working knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Familiarity with LAT procedures and dispute resolution processes.
- Solid drafting, organizational and file management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Farsi (Persian).
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and follow through on responsibilities.

Only candidates who possess the required qualifications and relevant personal injury experience will be considered.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
