Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Farm Labourer to join our agricultural team. Starting February 2, 2027 to February 2, 2029 for 48 - 60 hours per week. Rate of pay is $17.00/hour.

This role involves hands-on work in crop cultivation, maintenance and farm operations. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable and eager to contribute to the successful operation of our farm. Prior experience in horticulture or farm machinery is a plus, but we are willing to provide training for motivated individuals. This position offers an opportunity to develop practical skills in farming and equipment maintenance within a agile environment.

Duties

- Assist with cleaning orchards, planting trees, harvesting, packing, sorting and tree care activities




- Conduct general farm and orchard upkeep including pruning, bin repair, weeding, planting, tree care throughout the season, soil preparation, packing and harvesting fruit.
- Assist with loading and unloading supplies and harvested crops
- Follow safety protocols during all farm operations
- Qualifications
- There is no educational requirement for this position. Training will be provided.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently during all tasks.
- Prior experience in farming or agricultural work is a plus, but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
