ABOUT 1V1CONTINUOUS

1v1Continuous is Canada’s premier organized 1-on-1 basketball series. A platform where individuality is showcased at the highest level in basketball. In 2027 we are running a 7-city Pro Tournament Series across Toronto, Brampton, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Surrey and a National Championship in Calgary.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a closer. Someone who sees what we are building, believes in it and goes out and sells it. Commission only. No base. No cap. The more you close the more you make.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

▸ Identify and prospect local and national brands that align with the 1v1Continuous audience.
▸ Build relationships with marketing and sponsorship decision makers.
▸ Pitch and close sponsorship deals ranging from $2,000 to $25,000 per tournament.
▸ Manage sponsor relationships from first contact through to event activation.
▸ Work directly with the 1v1Continuous founder to develop and execute the sponsorship strategy.
▸ Hit a target of $10,000 to $15,000 in sponsorship revenue per tournament across 7 events.

COMPENSATION





50% commission on every deal closed. Earning potential this season is $60,000 to $105,000. Hit your targets and more tournaments get built on top of this one.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

▸ Experience in sponsorship sales, sports marketing, media sales or business development.
▸ Existing relationships in the Canadian business and sports community.
▸ A self-starter who does not need to be managed.
▸ Someone who believes in the product and can sell it with conviction.
▸ Hungry. The 50% commission structure is designed for someone who wants to earn real money.
▸ An understanding of basketball culture and the audience 1v1Continuous has built.

THE CHANCE

This is the ground floor. 1v1Continuous is in the early stages of becoming the defining individual basketball platform in Canada. The person who comes in now and helps build the sponsorship foundation will have a front row seat to something special.

Pay: $60,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
