The Opportunity:

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Financial Analyst, Accounting and Reporting to support financial reporting, consolidation, and close processes across the organization.

You will play a key role in the monthly and year-end close, financial reporting, and consolidation processes across a multi-entity environment. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, resolve complex issues, and deliver timely reporting that supports informed decision-making. Strong familiarity with IFRS and financial reporting concepts is an asset.

In addition to core accounting responsibilities, this role offers exposure to cross-functional business partnering, and systems transformation, with a strong focus on process automation, efficiency, and leveraging technology to enhance how finance operates.

This role is ideal for someone with experience at a top-tier accounting firm or in a high-performance setting who is looking to broaden their responsibilities beyond accounting, gain greater exposure to the business, and develop into a more strategic finance role over time.

This role is based in Toronto, ON.

What You’ll Do:

Financial Reporting & Month-End Close

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across a multi-entity environment
- Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules, including tax reporting requirements
- Perform variance analysis and financial reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to close
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals,



and reconciliations, ensuring integrity of financial data
- Ensure financial results are delivered accurately and on time, aligned with internal controls and reporting standards

Consolidation & Intercompany

- Support multi-entity consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliations across a complex organizational structure
- Ensure alignment of intercompany balances within SAP, investigating and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with stakeholders
- Contribute to improving intercompany processes, transparency, and reporting quality

Systems, Data & Process Transformation

- Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate accounting and reporting processes
- Leverage tools such as Excel, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Contribute to building a more technology-enabled and forward-looking finance function

Compliance, Audit & Controls

- Support compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls
- Contribute to year-end audit processes, including preparation of supporting schedules and disclosures
- Maintain organized and audit-ready documentation to support reporting and compliance requirements
- Support ad hoc analysis and cross-functional initiatives as needed

What You’ll Need

- CPA designation (completed or in progress) preferred; internationally trained accounting professionals are also encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience,



ideally with a top-tier Accounting firm Background or a high-performance corporate finance environment.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, month-end close, and consolidations, with exposure to multi-entity environments
- Proven Experience with IFRS and financial reporting principles
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and solid proficiency in Excel
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and solve problems proactively
- Interest in process improvement, automation, and leveraging technology.

Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
