Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus. Food Safe and/or Smart Serve certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests, provide helpful information, and respond to questions with patience and professionalism.
- Support public speaking activities by sharing clear announcements or information with groups.
- Assist with food service and handle payments accurately, following established procedures.
- Work with colleagues to keep guest-facing areas organized and service running smoothly.
