Responsibilities:

- Promote and live the Mission, Vision and Core Values of S&R;
- Facilitate and promote resident choice and resident centered value within the community
- Maintain standards in the community that are within our policies and standards
- Oversee the daily operations of all resident services in the community
- Leading team to excellence by having a clear vision of what needs to be accomplished
- Responsible for hiring, performance management,



discipline and termination of applicable team members
- Maximize revenue and control expenses to budget
