CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Machine Learning Researcher - Narratologist to join our R&D; Team exploring potential current features for game development. In this role you will find and push the boundaries of computational narratology, the study of techniques to understand and react to (but not generate) narrative text.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and build ML systems for complex narrative analysis.
- Quantitatively improve key NLP models, designing and/or integrating new models.
- Effectively leverage cloud infrastructure for training and serving.
- Keep a finger on the pulse of SOTA for key topics.
- Present results internally and possibly at external conferences.
- Optimize ML systems for cost, latency, and quality.
- Facilitate the deployment of results in demos.
