Charlie Hamiltons Pub is looking for an energetic and dependable Prep Cook to join our team. If you enjoy cooking and take pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing✅ Preparing and cooking a variety of popular pub favorites, including:

Pizzas
Burgers
Paninis
Sandwiches
Wings
Daily specials and other pub-style dishes

✅ Food prep duties such as:

Chopping onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other fresh ingredients
Assisting with kitchen setup and organization
Following food safety and sanitation standards

✅ Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and as grease-free as possible at all times

Maintaining a spotless work area
Cleaning equipment, prep stations, and cooking surfaces
Taking pride in creating a safe and efficient kitchen environment

What We're Looking For

Some cooking or kitchen experience required
Food Safe certification is an asset




Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Someone who values cleanliness and takes pride in maintaining a well-organized kitchen

Availability

Afternoon and evening shifts
Minimum availability of 4-5 days per week
Weekend availability required
Versatile scheduling available for the right candidate
