This senior engineering role focuses on conversational AI applications, intelligent automation workflows, and scalable Microsoft Azure solutions. You will use Dynamics 365, AI Builder, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, machine learning technologies, and AI solution architecture. The work includes collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable, production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio
- Build AI applications using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and machine learning
- Integrate Copilot Studio with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs




- Develop scalable AI solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Test, troubleshoot, optimize, and document AI applications

Requirements:

- Solid Microsoft Power Platform experience, including plugins and AI Builder
- Hands-on Copilot Studio and AI-powered solutions experience
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Knowledge of Azure, Azure DevOps, and C#/.NET
- 10+ years building web applications
