Full-Time Sales Associate

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Full time Sales Associate to join our retail team.

Our store specializes in clothing and equipment for law enforcement, first responders, security professionals, and other public safety personnel. Our product range includes duty clothing, tactical equipment, protective gear, bullet-resistant vests, and related products.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional and knowledgeable customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate clothing, equipment, and protective products.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of our product range, specifications, and features.
- Process sales, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Prepare invoices and collect customer payments.
- Order products from suppliers and assist with tracking orders and deliveries.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist with stock counts and replenishment.
- Receive, organize, and restock merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and skilled sales floor.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and readily available.
- Create and publish social media posts to promote products, new arrivals, and store updates.
- Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
- Perform general retail,



inventory, and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

- Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable learning detailed product information and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and creating posts is an asset.
- Experience with invoicing, inventory management, or product ordering is an asset.
- Experience or knowledge related to law enforcement, first responders, security, or protective equipment is an asset.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service, enjoys working with customers, and is comfortable handling sales, inventory, purchasing, invoicing, and basic social media activities in a specialized retail environment.

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
