Château Westmount Square is looking for a permanent part-time 1st line cook / prep cook who is hardworking and dedicated and has a genuine passion for a professional culinary environment.
Restaurant Experience

- 1–3 years preferred

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards and presentation guidelines.
- Set up, maintain, and break down assigned stations for service.
- Assist with daily prep, including chopping, measuring, portioning, marinating, labeling and stocking.
- Ensure ingredients are properly stored, rotated, labeled and handled according to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation, storage area and kitchen equipment.
- Follow all safety, sanitation and workplace safety procedures.




- Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent service.

Languages

- English / French - Excellent command of the French and English language. English is required to respond to requests from English-speaking customers.
