We are currently hiring for an experienced Counterbalance/Material Handler for a client in Paris, ON.

- Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
- Shift: Day Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday to Friday

Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, move, and transport materials throughout the warehouse or production facility.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments from trailers and delivery trucks.
- Move raw materials, finished goods, and pallets to designated storage and production areas.
- Stack, organize, and store products safely while maximizing warehouse space.
- Supply production lines with required materials and remove completed products as needed.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for visible damage and report discrepancies.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment defects or maintenance concerns.
- Follow proper material-handling procedures to prevent product damage and workplace accidents.
- Assist with shipping, receiving,



inventory organization, and general warehouse duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies, health and safety regulations, and forklift operating procedures.

Requirements

- Valid counterbalance forklift certification.
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse and material-handling procedures.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
