An established health and wellness clinic in the GTA is seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead business operations, strengthen patient acquisition and improve financial performance.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced clinic manager or service-business operator who wants greater responsibility and a clearly structured path toward ownership.

This is a business leadership role. A physiotherapy qualification is not required.

THE FOUNDATION IS IN PLACE

The clinic has an existing location, advanced treatment and assessment equipment, and services focused on helping adults improve movement and return to the activities they love.

We are looking for someone who can build on that foundation through effective leadership, strong referral relationships and consistent execution.

WHAT YOU WILL LEAD

- Daily business operations and coordination with the clinical team.
- Lead follow-up, assessment bookings and the patient experience.
- Referral relationships with local professionals, businesses and community organizations.
- Marketing execution and measurement of results.
- Operating systems, scheduling and administrative processes.
- Revenue tracking, expense management and profitability improvement.

Clinical care and treatment decisions remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

You may be an experienced clinic manager ready for a larger opportunity, a healthcare operations professional, or a proven service-business operator.

You bring:





- Demonstrated results in growing revenue or improving business performance.
- Strong sales, relationship-building and operational skills.
- Confidence managing people, priorities and budgets.

Healthcare experience is an asset. Relevant accomplishments matter more than a particular degree.

COMPENSATION & OWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY

This is a paid position. Compensation will reflect the agreed responsibilities, schedule and experience.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to negotiate a documented arrangement to earn an ownership interest through sustained contribution and agreed performance milestones.

Any ownership arrangement will specify eligibility, milestones, vesting, responsibilities and decision-making authority. Ownership is not automatic or guaranteed by accepting the position. No financial investment is required to apply or obtain the job.

LOCATION & CONFIDENTIALITY

This role requires regular on-site involvement at a clinic in the GTA. Candidates from the GTA and surrounding communities are welcome to apply.
