KSW Lawyers is currently accepting applications for a Lawyer to work in our Corporate and Real Estate Department. This is a full time position in our South Surrey office.

Job Details

- Ability to manage corporate transactions including negotiation and preparation of agreements, incorporations, corporate reorganizations, buying and assisting clients with business structures and various corporate matters
- Manage files independently and have a good work ethic with strong communication skills
- Manage residential real estate files including purchases, sales and private mortgages
- Sense of humour and a commitment to market yourself and the firm through various networking opportunities
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a client focused approach
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends
