Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you’ll assist customers, explain product options, and support a welcoming, organized sales environment. You’ll use explicit communication and attentive service to understand customer needs, demonstrate products, and help customers make informed choices.

Duties

- Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide helpful service in person and by phone, using professional phone etiquette.
- Present products, conduct product demos, and use relevant technology sales knowledge to explain features and support sales.
- Recommend suitable options and use upselling appropriately; process purchases through POS, cashiering, and accurate cash handling.
- Maintain merchandising displays, organize sales areas, and manage time effectively while balancing customer needs and daily tasks.
- Able to lift 15 kg.

Requirements

Required: Strong communication, customer service, sales, basic math, organizational skills,



and the ability to handle POS transactions and cash accurately. English proficiency supports clear customer interactions. Preferred: Retail sales or technical sales experience, including technology sales, product demos, or merchandising; bilingual or multilingual abilities are valuable when assisting a diverse customer base. Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
