Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Parts & Service Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for managing inventory levels, sourcing, and ordering parts for, heavy equipment, heavy-duty trucks and vehicles while collaborating closely with technicians to ensure efficient repair and maintenance operations go smoothly. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the maintenance departs productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Source, order, receive, and stock parts for heavy equipment, heavy-duty trucks, and vehicles.
- Collaborate closely with mechanics and technicians to identify and supply required parts.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain appropriate inventory quantities.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, warranties, and parts returns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Keep the parts department organized, clean, and efficient.
- Driving to get parts and other driving duties as needed.
- Assist with service administration and work orders.

Qualifications

- Experience,



heavy equipment, in heavy-duty truck, construction, automotive, or related parts environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of parts and equipment components.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with inventory management systems and computer software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Forklift experience would be an asset.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift and move parts and materials up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in both office and shop environments.
