We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen staff by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that all kitchen operations run smoothly. Responsibilities

- Assist cooks and chefs in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Help with inventory management by organizing kitchen supplies and ensuring that all necessary ingredients are stocked.
- Support the cooking staff during meal service by preparing items as needed and ensuring timely delivery of food to dining areas.
- Follow all food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.




- Participate in cleaning duties at the end of shifts to ensure the kitchen is ready for the next day’s operations.

Skills

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in a hospitality setting.
