What You'll Be Doing

Your day is about keeping customers taken care of and orders moving. You'll answer questions, prepare accurate quotes, make outbound calls, and help people get the products and materials they need.

Some moments will be fast. A customer needs answers now. A quote has a deadline. A delivery issue pops up and you need to communicate clearly, stay calm, and offer a smart alternative. That's where you shine.

You'll build real relationships over time. You'll support the outside sales team, solve problems professionally, and become the person customers trust when they need straight answers and reliable service.

Who We're Looking For

You'll do well here if you're fluent in English and French, communicate clearly, stay organized, and can keep a positive head in a quick-paced day. You're the kind of person who listens well, follows through, and doesn't let problems sit.

- You're fluent in spoken and written English and French.
- Do you enjoy being on the phone and making outbound calls?
- You can handle customer questions, quotes, and issues without losing your focus.
- You know how to plan, organize, and hit deadlines.
- You solve problems with good judgment and cost-conscious thinking.
- You can multitask and still give customers professional service.
- Knowledge of steel service centre products is an asset.
- A trade diploma in construction, Engineering, HVAC, or a related discipline is an asset.
- Previous sales and estimating experience is an asset.
- If you struggle with pace, dislike talking to customers, or shut down when things get busy, you probably won't enjoy this role.
