Overview

The Gestionnaire de la construction domiciliaire oversees residential construction projects from planning through completion. This role coordinates schedules, budgets, contractors, materials, and quality standards to keep projects organized, safe, and on track. The successful candidate is detail-oriented, communicates effectively with project teams, and brings practical construction experience.

Duties

- Manage residential construction projects, coordinating work from preconstruction planning through final completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and address delays or resource needs.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and project documentation to support planning and field execution.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site personnel, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, workmanship, and compliance with applicable plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Assist with construction estimating, budgeting, quantity takeoffs, and cost tracking.
- Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, updates, change documentation, and progress reports.




- Use construction management software to organize project information and support collaboration.
- Identify risks and resolve issues promptly, escalating concerns when needed.
- Manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining transparent communication across the team.

Requirements

- Construction experience, preferably in residential construction or project coordination.
- Demonstrated project management and time management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Familiarity with construction estimating and construction management software.
- Experience with Procore and Bluebeam is an asset.
- Familiarity with Primavera P6, Civil 3D, or HeavyBid is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work effectively with contractors and project teams.

Pay: Up to $36.00 per hour
