Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Representative to help customers find the right products and deliver a positive, professional shopping experience. The role combines retail sales, product knowledge, and attentive service. Experience with technology sales or other technical products is helpful, but a robust willingness to learn is also valued.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
- Explain product features clearly and conduct engaging product demos.
- Support sales through thoughtful upselling and relevant product suggestions.
- Process purchases and returns using the POS system; handle cashiering and cash handling accurately.
- Maintain attractive product displays and assist with merchandising, restocking, and keeping the sales area organized.
- Respond to customer questions in person and by phone, using professional phone etiquette.
- Provide dependable customer service and communicate product information accurately.




- Complete transactions and routine tasks requiring basic math.
- Coordinate with team members to meet daily priorities and maintain an orderly sales floor.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and an interest in sales.
- Retail sales, cashiering, POS, or cash handling experience is an asset.
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in English is required for customer and team communication.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Reliable time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn product information, sales processes, and store procedures.

Pay: $35,200.00-$125,500.00 per year
