Assignment: 3 months
Target start date: November 1, 2026
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks and put away products.
- Move warehouse products from packaging lines using MHE.
- Assemble and verify orders using a warehouse management system.
- Operate counterbalance, electric lift truck and reach truck equipment safely.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable MHE experience, including counterbalance, electric lift truck and reach truck.
- Experience working in a rapid-paced warehouse with high racking (up to 7 elevations).
- Valid counterbalance forklift/reach truck license
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand, walk or sit for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in cold conditions approximately 80% of the time,
including refrigerated areas at 4°C, 20°C and occasional freezer exposure at -18°C.
- Comfortable working around warehouse machinery, moving forklifts and regular noise.
Testing and onboarding:
Written test and equipment assessment required at the client before starting.
Successful candidates will be paired with an experienced or full-time operator for three weeks.
Uniforms and laundry service are provided.
