Position: Part-Time Clinic Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Location: Abbotsford, BC
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Saturdays Only (up to 8 hours per week)

UC Baby is a leading provider of 3D, 4D, and HD 5D pregnancy ultrasound experiences in Canada. Since 2003, we've helped expecting families create unforgettable memories and connect with their little ones before birth.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized individual to join our Abbotsford clinic on Saturdays!
This position is a great opportunity for any students looking for a little extra income.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome expecting parents and their families to the clinic.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm ultrasound appointments.
- Assist clients with ultrasound packages and services.
- Process payments and maintain accurate booking records.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for every family.
Qualifications:
- Friendly,
professional, and approachable personality.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and administrative skills.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Must be available on Saturdays.
- Experience in a medical clinic or ultrasound setting is an asset but not required.
