This is a permanent position located in Downtown Montreal, offering one day of work from home per week.

YOUR MISSIONS

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Process payroll for approximately 10 employees and ensure payroll records remain up to date.




- Assist with bank reconciliations and general account maintenance.
- Support management with reporting and administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with document management, contracts, and occasional legal or compliance-related administrative tasks.
- Provide support with basic marketing and business operations initiatives when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the company’s growth.

YOUR PROFILE

Qualifications

- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar role.
- Experience working with QuickBooks is preferred.
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial environment.
- Positive attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn new responsibilities.
