The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced condominium manager holding a General Licence from the CMRAO to join us on a flexible, part-time basis as we take on our first condominium corporation clients. This role suits a licensed professional who wants additional income on their own schedule, is semi-retired, or wants to help build a business from the ground up.

What You Will Do

- Serve as the licensed condominium manager for the condominium corporations we take on
- Support proposals and presentations to prospective condominium boards
- Attend board meetings and provide guidance on governance, budgets and reserve fund planning
- Ensure compliance with the Condominium Act, 1998 and the Condominium Management Services Act, 2015
- Help shape our condominium management processes as we grow

What You Must Have

- A current General Licence with the CMRAO, in good standing




- Hands-on experience managing condominium corporations in Ontario
- Strong working knowledge of condominium budgets, financial statements and reserve fund studies
- Professional, confident communication with boards and owners
- A reliable vehicle and the ability to travel within Mississauga, Brampton and the GTA
- The ability to take on this role in line with any current employment obligations and CMRAO requirements

Nice to Have

- RCM designation (ACMO)
- Experience with property management software
- Existing relationships with condominium boards in Peel Region

Compensation and Arrangement

- Part-time, flexible hours; the workload grows as we add buildings
- Compensation is a per-building fee, agreed in advance and paid once a client contract is signed
- The working arrangement (contract or part time employment) will be finalized in line with CMRAO requirements
