Pay

- Red Seal: $51.94/hr base
- Apprentices: start at 50% of Red Seal base ($25.97/hr), with increases at each level
- Premiums on top of base:
- Foreman: +$2.00/hr
- Lead hand: +$1.00/hr
- Afternoon shift or Saturday: +$1.50/hr
- CVIP inspector: +$1.00/hr
- 5-year service bonus: +$1.00/hr
- Top rate: $57.44/hr

Shifts (we’re hiring for these two)

- Afternoon shift: 4 x 10-hour shifts, 1:30 pm to 12:00 am, Monday to Friday with a rotating day off. That’s 3 days off every week, and a 4-day weekend every 5 weeks.
- Day shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Full-time, permanent

About us
Independent heavy truck and trailer repair shop in Coquitlam, in business since 2008. We work on local fleets and owner-operators across the Lower Mainland, in the shop and with mobile service. All makes and models, trucks and trailers, so no two days are the same.

What you’ll do

- Diagnose and repair heavy trucks and trailers, all makes
- PM services and CVIP inspections
- Use OEM and aftermarket diagnostic software
- Keep your work area clean and secure
- Journeymen: help train and guide apprentices

What we need

- Red Seal Commercial Transport Mechanic, or a registered Commercial Transport apprentice
- Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technicians are welcome if you have real on-highway truck experience: brakes, wheel ends, suspension, electrical. Off-road only won’t cut it.
- CVIP inspector certificate is a plus




- Your own tools (full set for journeymen, appropriate for your level for apprentices)
- Journeymen: 4+ years of heavy truck and trailer experience
- Someone who shows up, owns their work, and does it right the first time
