Duties

- Greet guests warmly with genuine hospitality, making them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Assist in food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Manage time effectively during busy periods through excellent time management skills, balancing multiple tables seamlessly
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing questions, special requests,



or concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, demonstrating familiarity with the food industry standards
- Solid customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and checkout processes
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience with food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and restaurant revenue
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with guests

Pay: $17.95 per hour
