Yanda Canada Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and results-driven Construction Manager to join our growing team!

We are looking for a strong leader with extensive construction experience who can successfully manage projects, coordinate field operations, lead construction teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage construction projects from planning through completion.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Ensure all construction activities meet project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and manpower requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and construction records.
- Promote a solid safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Extensive experience in construction management is required.
- Proven experience successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, and estimating.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Experience supervising large construction crews and coordinating multiple trades.
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, or HeavyBid is considered an asset.
- Industrial construction experience is highly preferred.
