Are you a creative storyteller who loves engaging people through radio? MIX 96.5 FM, COUNTRY 93.1 FM, and CFRY 920 AM in Portage la Prairie, MB are looking for someone who is passionate about radio, community, connection, and storytelling to join our team.

The Role

- Gathering local stories: You will look for important stories and interview reputable sources.
- Crafting content: You will write stories for presentation on both traditional broadcast and new media platforms.
- Engaging the audience: You will deliver entertaining, relevant radio shows and newscasts. You will also attend community events and station promotions.

The Ideal Candidate

- You are familiar and/or experienced in the radio industry
- You are curious. You ask questions and get excited about sharing what you learn with others.
- You have solid written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a team player. You enjoy meeting current people, creating relationships wherever you go.
- You are deeply engaged in the community
