Job Summary
Aceso Medical is committed to providing exceptional patient care and innovation in healthcare. We are seeking for a compassionate, detail-oriented, and eager to work with mostly pediatric patients Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who will be in a hybrid role of a Coordinator and Spirometry Technician.

Responsibilities as Coordinator

- Triage, organize, and manage incoming referrals.
- Book and rebook appointments as needed.
- Answer and manage phone calls.
- Ensure consult/exam rooms are always clean, sanitized, and fully stocked.
- Facilitate payment collection for uninsured services as needed.
- Assist with AHC Billing.
- Notify the Clinic Manager for any changes on the doctor’s scheduling.

Other responsibilities include:

- Conduct spirometry testing when needed (training will be provided).
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and corporate information
- Greet patients in a friendly manner
- Escort and prepare patients for examination/consultation.
- Accurately document clinical interventions
- Participate in onboarding and mentoring of new staff and students
- Administer EpiPen,



oxygen therapy, injections, and other meds as needed.
- Uphold company values, mission and vision.
- Engage in company initiatives and activities.
- Participate in Health and Safety / Privacy Walkthroughs.
- Adhere to ACESO Medical Policies and Procedures
- Complete other tasks as requested

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program. Previous experience as a clinical LPN and MOA/Coordinator is an asset. Ability to lift and carrying up to 55 lbs unassisted

Requirements:

Active LPN License

Current BLS/CPR

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Must be legally allowed to work in Canada.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
