Bridge Street Chiropractic is an established, patient-focused chiropractic clinic in Belleville, Ontario. We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our friendly, collaborative healthcare environment as an independent contractor.

This is an opportunity to build your own massage therapy practice within an established healthcare clinic, with the space and administrative support needed to focus on patient care and growing your practice. You will have access to an existing patient community, reception and administrative support, and opportunities for appropriate collaboration and internal referrals. Many of our existing patients have expressed interest in massage therapy.

The Opportunity

- Independent contractor arrangement with a percentage split to be discussed
- Opportunity to establish an initial schedule of approximately 2–3 days per week, with flexibility to expand as your practice grows
- Flexible scheduling to be mutually arranged, including appointments outside chiropractic clinic hours

The clinic provides the space and administrative support to allow you to focus on your patients and growing your practice, including:

- Private treatment room and massage table, with the option to use your own table.




- Reception and scheduling support during chiropractic clinic hours
- Online booking and practice management through Jane
- Patient payment processing, with card-processing fees covered by the clinic
- General administrative support
- Linens, standard massage lotion and access to on-site laundry machines
- Marketing support through the clinic's website, social media and existing patient community
- Utilities and clinic facilities
- Opportunities for appropriate collaboration and cross-referrals within the clinic
- Opportunity to increase your schedule as your patient base grows
- Shared on-site parking is available, subject to availability

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate must:

- Be registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Be responsible for their own qualified practice and compliance with CMTO requirements
- Provide high-quality, patient-focused massage therapy care
- Be professional, reliable and approachable, with strong communication skills
- Be comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative healthcare setting
- Be interested in developing long-term patient relationships and growing their practice

Both experienced RMTs and newer graduates who are motivated to build their practice are encouraged to apply.

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
