- Establish standardized workflows and procedures to improve accuracy and consistency.
2. AI & Automation Implementation
- Research, evaluate, and recommend suitable AI tools and automation solutions.
- Work with external technology partners to design, test, and implement automated workflows.
- Support the integration of AI tools with existing accounting systems and business processes.
- Automate routine tasks such as invoice processing, data entry, reconciliations, reporting, and document management.
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve workflows.
3. Accounting & Financial Operations
- Support AP, AR, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
- Improve financial data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Assist with intercompany reconciliations and financial reporting across multiple entities.
- Maintain appropriate internal controls, approval procedures, and data confidentiality throughout automation initiatives.

- Practical experience in accounting, financial operations, or business process improvement.
- Strong understanding of AP, AR, bookkeeping, and financial workflows.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to perform hands-on work and learn new technologies.
Preferred
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Query, VBA, Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms.
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems such as Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience implementing workflow automation or process improvement projects.
- Familiarity with multi-entity accounting, inventory management, or logistics operations.
- Experience working with external software developers or technology consultants.
CPA designation is not required.
What We Are Looking For
We value practical problem-solving ability over job titles or certifications.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Understands accounting processes but is not limited to traditional accounting methods.
- Constantly asks, "Can this process be simplified, improved, or automated?"
- Takes initiative to recommend better ways of working.
- Is comfortable experimenting with new AI tools and technologies.
- Can turn ideas into practical, working solutions.
- Focuses on measurable results rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
- Enjoys combining finance, technology, and business operations.
Our Goal
Our goal is to build a more efficient, technology-enabled finance and administration function.
We are not expecting every process to be automated immediately. Instead, we believe in developing an overall improvement roadmap and implementing changes one process at a time, with measurable results at each stage.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping how our organization uses AI and automation in daily operations.
How to Apply
Please submit your resume along with a brief description of:
- A financial or administrative process you have improved or automated.
