Reporting to the Director, the Regional Manager oversees service delivery for a designated geographic or operational area. The position leads staff and manages human, financial, and material resources while supporting standardized, effective records and registration services. Work includes paper and electronic information access, storage, retrieval, release, confidentiality, and patient intake.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's-equivalent education in Health Information Management
- Seven years of recent related experience in large multi-site organizations
- Five years of management or leadership experience
- Knowledge of health records, registration, privacy legislation, and change management
- Advanced communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
