- Education: Diploma or degree in Management, Leader Studies or equivalent.
- Experience: Seven or more years supervisory experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution and coaching skills.

Responsibilities:

- Report to the Papermill Superintendent.
- Lead cultural and organizational change initiatives to strengthen communication, accountability and teamwork across all shifts.
- Coach and mentor Production Supervisors to ensure consistent leadership practices and application of policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in workforce engagement, behaviour expectations and teamwork.
- Serve as the primary onsite leader for HR-related matters within the papermill environment.
- Support supervisors in managing attendance, performance, training and adherence to site policies.
- Address employee concerns,



mediate workplace issues, and foster a respectful, secure working environment.
- Partner with Human Resources on investigations, documentation, and employee programs.
- Ensure job requirements, responsibilities and expectations are clearly communicated and consistently applied across all shifts.
- Build supervisor capability through coaching, feedback, and developmental planning.
- Standardize shift hand over practices, reporting, and communication flow between shifts.
- Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure the workforce is aligned with production and safety priorities.
- Monitor and support compliance with safety standards, training requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Identify gaps in skills, staffing, or communication and proactively recommend solutions.
- Other duties as required.
