- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Prepare materials and metal parts for powder coating.
- Perform cleaning, sanding, masking, and other surface preparation work.
- Coordinate materials for daily powder coating production.
- Inspect finished products for quality, coating defects, and damage.
- Ensure finished products meet customer quality requirements.
- Pack and protect finished products for shipping.
- Prepare customer orders, packing slips, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and customer pickups.
- Maintain inventory records and organize warehouse stock.
- Load and unload materials using appropriate handling equipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and workplace safety.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure timely order completion.
- Assist with general warehouse and production operations as required.
