Position Overview
You’ll work directly with union members and client families who request information about their benefit options. This role is not about cold calling — clients already reach out to us to learn more about their coverage. Your job is to:

- Connect with prospective clients to create supplemental work benefits
- Explain benefits, answer questions, and assist with applications
- Provide ongoing support to clients and their families
- Assist in document preparation and organization related to transactions.
- Develop a solid understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to prospects

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in sales or relevant field,



customer service or a quick-paced admin role is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-focused career path
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
- Tech-savvy, organized, and proficient in using Zoom.
