Seeking a bi-lingual sous chef to run a regional Québécois fine dining restaurant.

Qualifications

- must be fluent in French & English and know Quebec's cuisine
- minimum 3 years in kitchen management in a luxury resort setting
- must be very driven and creative.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

- Supervise all daily operations of an intimate fine dining restaurant and pivot to an outdoor outlet during the summer season.
- Bring recent ideas, knowledge and skills to continuously improve culinary practices and team performance.
- Participate in scheduling based on budgets, promote ongoing training and team development, and encourage teamwork within the kitchen and with other departments.
