Role Description

Duties

- Assist with blueprint reading and interpret schematics to support project execution
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related masonry tasks
- Install flooring, tile, cabinetry, and perform carpentry work including framing and caulking
- Support flooring installations, finish carpentry repairs
- Conduct construction painting, restoration work, and masonry repairs as needed




- Assist with construction estimating tasks and material management
- Support project supervisors in maintaining safety standards and ensuring timely completion of tasks

Requirements :

- Proven experience or familiarity with construction processes including blueprint reading, schematics, and estimating is preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and specific skills such as concrete forming, finishing, tile laying, or flooring install work is a plus
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Robust physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environmental conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality standards

Pay: From $15.93 per hour
