Responsibilities

- Operate various types of heavy equipment including skidsteers, excavators, and loaders to perform tasks such as digging, grading, and moving materials.
- Conduct routine/daily nspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to build and maintain job sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by troubleshooting minor equipment issues and performing necessary repairs and or informing supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Skills

- Proficiency in heavy equipment operation, including skidsteers, loaders, excavators
- Solid mechanical knowledge to assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment.




- Experience in active site work
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in operations and adherence to safety standards.
