Framework Construction is hiring a Construction Labourer for a hands-on role across a wide range of projects. This is not a repetitive labour position. The role is structured for individuals who want to build real capability in construction, gain exposure to multiple trades, and grow into higher-responsibility positions over time. You will be working in active construction environments where adaptability, work ethic, and the ability to take initiative are required on a daily basis.

The position involves supporting ongoing projects through a variety of tasks including site preparation, demolition, material handling, and assisting with scopes such as framing, finishing, and general construction work. You will work alongside experienced tradespeople and be expected to learn quickly, follow direction, and progressively take on more responsibility. Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient job site is a core part of the role, along with handling tools and equipment safely and effectively.

This role requires someone who is reliable, physically capable, and able to perform in demanding job site conditions.



You must be able to work in all weather conditions and at heights when required. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are non-negotiable. Previous construction experience is an asset but not required, as long as the right attitude and commitment are present. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

This position is not suited for individuals looking for low-effort or repetitive labour work. It is intended for those who want to develop skills, expand into multiple areas of construction, and position themselves for long-term growth within the industry.

Pay: $20.00-$34.00 per hour
