Overview

Duties

- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools and power tools
- Measure and cut roofing materials according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as metal roofing panels, and other roofing components
- Use caulking and sealing techniques to ensure waterproofing and insulation integrity
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with general construction duties as needed, including handyman tasks around job sites

Requirements :

- Experience with hand tools, construction, working at heights




- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Prior sloped roofing experience considered an asset
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights on rooftops
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety guidelines
- Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred but not mandatory
- A positive attitude, positive teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role

Pay: $23.00-$32.00 per hour

Experience :

- Roofing: 2 years (preferred)
