Our client, logistics and warehousing operations is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the drive to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment—so you can help keep daily operations moving smoothly.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Georgetown, ON

Pay Rate: $19.25 per hour

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

- Perform shipping tasks including box making, void fill, packing, and LTL sorting.
- Support receiving and dock operations by unloading materials manually and assisting with material handling.
- Complete value-added services such as kitting, production assembly, postponement, labeling, and cart building.
- Load and unload trailers and carts manually, including line loading and replenishment activities.
- Maintain warehouse readiness through housekeeping, detrashing pallets, and trash removal

What's Needed?

- Verbal and written communication skills to follow instructions and complete required documentation.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability with a detail-oriented approach to inventory and pallet quality.
- Team player mindset and the ability to take direction while working to set performance and safety standards.
- Ability to perform physically intensive warehouse work, including reaching, bending, walking/standing for periods of time, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to work in a warehousing environment that may be busy and noisy at times; experience in manufacturing,



transportation, or warehousing is desired but not required.
